Becoming one of our guests isn't hard, it is a very special thing. Just follow these steps...

• Pick the type of tour you would like to take. (i.e. cultural tour or trek)

2. Once you decide on the tour you want, choose the dates you wish to travel.

• Your tour dates will depend on available openings with Druk Air. Our itineraries may be used for any dates you can be in Bhutan. Festival dates are set and require advance booking on Druk Air to assure reservation.
  
• Decide from which city you will fly from on Druk Air. *
  (Bangkok, Calcutta, Delhi, Dhaka or Kathmandu)
  
• Decide on total number of days, and number of guest.

3. Submit request for Druk Air reservations and tour confirmation.

• Fill out and submit online tour request form for a reservation. Wait for an e-mail confirmation of your tour dates. Drukair tickets will be sent to Drukair counter at respective airport for pick up.  A scanned copy of Drukair tickets will be emailed to you.  Print a copy to take along.  All airport departure taxes are now included in Drukair fare.

• When you receive your e-mail confirmation statement from bootan.com, you will need to make payment according to the information you have received for tour and Druk Air tickets. Confirmation of your payment will be sent to you and/or each member of your group.

• E-mail passport information to bootan.com. We will apply for your visas - no need to send a copy of passport.  The visa fee of $20 will be collected at time of payment and not at the Paro airport as was previously done.

  As soon as full payment is remitted, your visas will be approved and a couple of weeks before your departure, a scanned copy of your visa clearance letter from the Foreign Ministry will be emailed to you.  Print a copy of this document to show at Drukair counter.

• You will need to make travel arrangements to one of the cities that Druk Air departs from. *
